$6,000–$9,000 for a single process at a single site, or $12,000–$18,000 if it spans multiple processes or sites, plus travel and living. The exact fee is confirmed before we start, based on process count and site count, and it doesn't move once agreed. If you move forward with a follow-on engagement — Lean transformation, Digital Enablement, an LDI Sprint, or Training & Coaching — within 90 days, the assessment fee is fully credited against it. Our discovery tools read an export you send us, not a live connection into your ERP or other systems — no connectors, no standing access, no IT project required to grant it. Retention, deletion and confidentiality terms are set out in the engagement agreement before any data changes hands, and every AI agent we build routes high-risk or low-confidence cases to a person before anything happens. If your procurement process needs specific answers on data residency, model training, or third-party access, raise it during the assessment and we'll answer in writing before the engagement starts.

We won't recommend AI where deterministic software is cheaper and more reliable, sell a change-management programme you don't need, or hand you a slide deck instead of a routed, working plan. If a problem doesn't need AI, we'll say so.
