These certificates are realistic fixtures, not live supplier data, and each contains a defect we have genuinely seen on shop floors: a European certificate in kg/mm² with comma decimals, a heat number belonging to a different batch, an out-of-spec result, and a scan too poor to read. The agent has not been told which is which. It reads them the same way it would read yours.
